FSCU 使用說明與聯絡
FSCU 是東吳大學學生獨立開發的非官方 iPhone App，把課表、成績、畢業學分，和數位學習平台上的作業、教材、課程公告，整理在同一個地方。
FSCU 不是東吳大學或學習平台的官方產品，也不代表學校立場。資料以學校系統為準。

寄信時請寫上 iPhone 型號、iOS 版本、發生了什麼事。請不要寄學號、密碼、生日，截圖前也請遮住姓名和成績。
使用前需要
- iPhone，iOS 18 以上。
- 東吳大學的帳號。
常見問題
密碼會被 App 存起來嗎？
不會。帳號密碼只在學校的官方登入頁面由你自己輸入，App 不讀取、不保存。詳細說明請看隱私權政策。
為什麼看成績前要做生日驗證？
這是學校網站的規定，和在網頁上查成績一樣。生日也是在學校的頁面由你自己輸入。學校那邊的登入過期後，要再驗證一次。
為什麼學習平台要另外登入？
學習平台和學校的校務系統是兩個不同的網站，登入狀態不共用。帳號密碼和校務系統一樣。
畢業學分檢核顯示「尚未支援」？
目前只支援社會學系（學士班、碩士班）和政治學系（學士班、碩士班、博士班）。規則是初步版本，正式結果以學校的「畢業學分查詢」和系上規定為準。
新通知為什麼比較慢？
App 在背景檢查新通知的時間由 iPhone 決定，可能會延遲，開省電模式時可能不會檢查。需要即時通知，請使用學習平台的官方 App。
作業可以在 App 裡交嗎？
點作業會打開那份作業在學習平台上的頁面，由你自己在那裡上傳、繳交。交完請在學習平台確認狀態是「已繳交」。
換手機或換人用之前要做什麼？
請先在 App 的個人設定登出。登出會清掉 App 裡學校網站的登入資料，之後再備份，登入資料就不會跟著搬到新手機。刪除 App 前也建議先登出。
FSCU Support
FSCU is an unofficial iPhone app made independently by a student at Soochow University (Taiwan). It brings your timetable, grades and graduation credits, together with assignments, course materials and course announcements from the university’s learning platform, into one place.
FSCU is not an official product of Soochow University or of its learning platform, and does not represent the university. The university’s own systems are always the authoritative source.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Never send your student ID, password or birthday, and hide your name and grades in screenshots.

FAQ
Does the app store my password?
No. You enter your account and password yourself, on the university’s official login page. The app does not read or store them. See the Privacy Policy.
Why do I need birthday verification before seeing grades?
The university’s website requires it, the same as when you check grades on the web. You enter your birthday yourself on the university’s page. After the university’s session expires, you need to verify again.
Why do I sign in to the learning platform separately?
The learning platform and the university’s student system are separate websites and don’t share a sign-in. Use the same account and password.
Graduation-credit check says “not supported yet”?
It currently supports the Department of Sociology (bachelor’s and master’s) and the Department of Political Science (bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral). The rules are preliminary; the university’s official graduation-credit records and department rules are final.
Why are new-notification alerts sometimes late?
iOS decides when the app may check in the background, so alerts can be delayed, and may not run in Low Power Mode. For real-time alerts, use the learning platform’s official app.
Can I submit assignments in the app?
Tapping an assignment opens its page on the learning platform, where you upload and submit it yourself. Afterwards, check on the learning platform that it shows as submitted.
What should I do before switching phones or letting someone else use the app?
Sign out in the app’s Settings first. Signing out clears the university websites’ sign-in data in the app, so a backup made afterwards does not carry it to a new phone. Please also sign out before deleting the app.
